Rules for fair use of Gudručio SIM cards

The Gudručio SIM card has special mobile communication plans (hereinafter referred to as the Plan) for Gudručio customers, provided by the mobile operator Telia. This Plan is designed to meet your communication needs, so you must use the Gudrutis SIM card and the Plan in good faith and without violating the rights and legitimate interests of others, and in strict compliance with the fair use rules of Gudrutis and Telia.
By choosing to use the Gudrutis SIM L or XL mobile communication plans for watches/phones, you agree to:

• Use the Gudrutis SIM card only in a Gudrutis watch/phone.
• Use the plan only in the watch-phone and only for communication with other people, therefore the following is considered unfair use: use of Internet services on devices such as routers, modems, personal computers, tablet computers, etc., or sharing the Internet with other devices.
• Do not use the SIM card and the Plan by any means or methods to violate the legitimate interests of other persons, to seek financial gain, to resell services, and/or to profit from it.
• Do not use the services provided to you or the Plan to provide communication services to others (for remuneration or free of charge).
• Do not use the Plan for purposes other than internal needs, do not make unwanted calls or send unwanted messages, do not order services (both paid and free) that are not related to direct use (personal communication with other people using a watch-phone).
• Do not use the plan to order paid services or purchase goods (e.g., from the App Store or Google Play).
• Use the services personally and do not allow other persons to use the SIM card provided to you.
• Do not use the SIM card in equipment that is prohibited in Lithuania.
• Do not seek financial gain for yourself, do not try to profit from Telia or other operators, including seeking to profit from the difference between the tariff applied to you, the network connection fee, and other prices prevailing in the market.
• Ensure that the SIM card, equipment, or phone number provided to you is not used for any criminal activity, including abuse or fraud.
• Not to use the services to initiate an unreasonably high volume of voice and SMS traffic, or to send, receive, or share an unreasonably high volume of mobile internet traffic, or for other uses which, by their nature and scope, are unusual for watch-phone users, do not correspond to the usual consumption habits of an average customer and are not comparable to the rational use of services for personal needs.

If it is determined that you are using your SIM card and/or Plan unfairly or in violation of the fair use policy, your service will be restricted. You will be notified of the incident and asked to cover the costs and losses incurred due to unfair use. If you do not reimburse the costs incurred, the provision of services to you will be terminated. If, after covering the costs and losses and resuming the provision of services, the violations are repeated, the provision of services to you will be terminated without the possibility of resumption.
