Warranty and return
1. WARRANTY
- All watches sold on super-g.watch are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- All chargers sold on super-g.watch are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty.
1.1. If a product fails during the warranty period, warranty repair is performed free of charge. If the item becomes defective, please contact us. The cost of shipping defective items or parts is covered by the buyer.
1.2. Warranty obligations apply only if the defect occurred not due to mechanical damage or improper use, but due to a manufacturing fault. A product replaced or repaired due to a manufacturing defect is shipped back to the buyer free of charge.
1.3. If, during the warranty period, a defective product purchased by the client is replaced with a new, properly functioning product, the remaining warranty period applies to the replacement item, i.e., the warranty period is not extended.
1.4. When submitting a product for warranty repair, it is necessary to provide the purchase document.
1.5. Warranty defects are eliminated within the time limits established by the laws of Lithuania.
1.6. By purchasing from super-g.watch, you agree to the warranty terms.
2. RETURNS
2.1. Return shipping costs for quality goods or goods being exchanged are covered by the buyer.
2.2. A Buyer wishing to return item(s) may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the goods were delivered.
2.3. After more than 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, returns are governed by the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.4. Returned goods must be in their original, intact packaging, undamaged, unused, with the same set of components as received, and must retain their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films unremoved, etc.). When returning a product, a printed copy of the purchase document (order or payment confirmation) must be provided.
2.5. When returning a quality product, only the amount paid for the product is refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
2.6. When returning an incorrect item, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct item. If the correct item is not available, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount (including the product price and actual shipping costs).
2.7. When returning a defective product, the Seller undertakes to replace it with an identical product or refund the Buyer’s money.
2.8. To return defective goods, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, informing the Seller by email and attaching photos and/or videos of the defective item and/or package describing the issue.
2.9. Returned defective goods must be in their original, intact packaging, undamaged, unused, with the same set of components as received, and must retain their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film unremoved, etc.). A printed copy of the purchase document must be provided.
2.10. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return conditions set out in sections 2.3–2.9 of these Terms.
2.11. If the Buyer paid for the item with a gift coupon, the coupon and any additional money paid (if any) will be refunded.
2.12. If the Buyer returns an item purchased with a discount, the refunded amount will be the amount actually paid for the item (with the discount applied).
2.13. If the Buyer paid using online banking or a debit/credit card in the online store, the money will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.
