Store rules

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms of sale are considered the conditions of the goods purchase–sale agreement (transaction) (hereinafter – the “Terms”), regulating the legal relations between the Seller (UAB “Promo vero”), selling on its website www.super-g.watch and at its office at Konstitucijos pr. 26, LT-08105 Vilnius (hereinafter understood as the Seller who issues purchase-sale documents for the goods), and the person who placed an order (hereinafter – the Buyer, Client) to purchase goods (hereinafter – Goods). These Terms are a legally binding document between the parties.

1.2. Before placing an order, it is necessary to carefully read these Terms. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Gudrutis SIM fair use policy publicly provided on gudrutis.lt. The Buyer has the right not to agree with the Terms; however, in such a case, they cannot continue ordering Goods in the online store and may instead purchase Goods at the Seller’s office or partner stores.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms a Goods order in the online store, enters delivery details, chooses a payment method, and after reading the Terms and Privacy Policy, clicks the “Pay” button and pays for the Goods.

1.4. After the Buyer completes a purchase in the Online Store, an automatic order confirmation email is sent to the Buyer’s indicated email address. Each order is stored in the Seller’s database as provided in the Privacy Policy.

1.5. Applicable law: Republic of Lithuania. All disputes and questions not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
